THE GROOM
Born in Virginia, John moved to the Outer Banks in elementary school and found his way back to the beach 9 years ago. When we first met he was cooking at Kill Devil Grill and soon moved on to start J. Appleseed Landscapes. ( Yep, my grass is always green, and I have my very own sous chef every night in the kitchen!)

THE BRIDE
Ginger grew up near Edenton, North Carolina and moved to the Outer Banks in high school. Following her graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, she returned to the beach and launched GingerSnaps Photography.
"Ginger's outgoing personality, sincerity, and confidence were what first caught my eye. Her traditional values and closeness with her parents are one of the many things that sealed the deal.
Between Ginger's dedication to her work and our pets, I at times wonder how she'll find time for me. But 6 years running, I've never had it so good!"

THE OUTER BANKS
Most cottages are weekly rentals with changeover on Saturday or Sunday. Even if you only plan to stay a few days, the pre-season rates for a week-long rental may be more economical than several nights at a hotel. The reception is in Nags Head (133 S West Shore Rd) at ~MP16.5 and just over the bridge from Manteo and Pirate's Cove.
